Article 1 – Definitions

  • Zielaan: the provider of online theory exam services via www.zielaan.nl.
  • User: any person who uses the website or services.
  • Services: the online practice exams, video lessons and other study materials.
  • Package: a one-time paid access that entitles to the services for a certain period or a specified number of active days of use.

Article 2 – Applicability

These conditions apply to all use of www.zielaan.nl. By creating an account or using our services you agree to these conditions. Zielaan may modify these conditions; changes will be published on the website.

Article 3 – Account

  • A valid email address and account are required for paid services.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts is not allowed.
  • Zielaan may block or delete accounts in case of abuse.

Article 4 – Services

  • Zielaan offers practice exams and study materials to prepare for the CBR driving theory exam.
  • A free practice exam is available. Full access requires a paid package.
  • Zielaan does not guarantee that you will pass the CBR exam. Our services are practice materials only.
  • Content may be updated without prior notice.

Article 5 – Prices and payments

  • Current prices are listed on the packages page.
  • All prices are in euros and include VAT.
  • Access is granted upon receipt of payment.
  • Payments are securely processed by external payment providers. Zielaan does not store payment data.
  • Price changes do not affect previously purchased packages.
  • Access to a Package is one-time and is not automatically renewed. If the website offers the option to pause the Package, the remaining credit remains valid in accordance with the period indicated on the website.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

When purchasing a digital package or online course you receive immediate access to the digital content. By completing the purchase and agreeing to these terms, you explicitly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately during the cooling-off period. You hereby expressly declare that you waive your right of withdrawal (the right of cancellation and refund) in accordance with Article 6:230p paragraph 1 sub g of the Dutch Civil Code.

This means that after completing the order you are no longer entitled to cancellation or refund, as access to the course or the theory package is made available immediately and fully.

Article 7 – Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, exam questions, videos, images) is the property of Zielaan. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or use material for commercial purposes without permission.

Article 8 – Availability

Zielaan strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for damage caused by temporary unavailability.

Article 9 – Liability

  • Our services are offered "as is".
  • Zielaan is not liable for failure to pass the CBR exam.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant package.

Article 10 – Prohibited use

It is not permitted to use the website for unlawful purposes, share login credentials, bypass security measures, or distribute exam questions outside the website.

Article 11 – Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 12 – Termination

You can have your account deleted via info@zielaan.nl. Upon deletion, access to all services is revoked without right to a refund. In case of violation of these conditions, Zielaan may terminate your account.

Article 13 – Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement.
