The Service Point is mainly aimed at people who find it difficult to arrange things online.

Most people arrange their affairs online without any problems, but that is not easy for everyone. That is why the CBR now offers, in addition to its online and telephone channels, a physical location where residents of West Brabant can go for information, support and personal guidance.

The Service Point is a one-year trial. Over the year, the CBR is investigating the added value for both customers and the organisation. At the Service Point, staff help customers with all questions about CBR services, supported by digital screens where visitors can also arrange things themselves straight away. There is also a private meeting room where visitors can be offered more privacy. The Service Point works together with other government service providers, including the municipality of Breda and the Huis van het Recht.
